Further Russia-U.S. summits to be prepared systematically, with advice from experts - Kosachyov
MOSCOW. July 19 (Interfax) - Further meetings between Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump will be planned systematically, in contrast to the Helsinki summit, Federation Council Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Konstantin Kosachyov said.
"Even more important, there is mutual readiness to launch dialogue mechanisms at the expert level between summits. It suggests that summits to come - and I'm sure that they should be organized on a regular basis - will be prepared in a systematic manner and with expert opinions taken into account," Kosachyov told reporters.
