KHABAROVSK. July 24 (Interfax) - The Federal Security Service's (FSB) border guards in the Khabarovsk Territory have arrested a local man after seizing from him parts of three Amur tigers, a species which is on the Red List, the regional branch of the FSB said in a statement on Tuesday.

"The Khabarovsk man has been detained. He said the derivatives were meant to be sent further abroad for sale to residents of Asia," the statement said.
