RFU finalizes Cherchesov's reappointment as national team head coach - Executive Council member

MOSCOW. July 26 (Interfax) - The Executive Committee of the Russian Football Union (RFU) has agreed to reappoint Stanislav Cherchesov as the head coach of Russia's national team, State Duma Deputy Speaker and RFU Executive Committee member Igor Lebedev wrote on Twitter on Thursday.

"The RFU Executive Committee has officially finalized the appointment of Stanislav Salamovich Cherchesov as the head coach of the Russian men's national football team for a new term," Lebedev wrote.
