Three hurt in chemical plant blast in Tula region
TULA. Aug 5 (Interfax) - Three persons have been hurt in an explosion at the Aleksin Chemical Plant in the Tula Region, a source told Interfax on Sunday.
"Three persons were hurt in a blast at the chemical plant. Injured women were hospitalized. The site, where the explosion has occurred, and its causes, are being looked into," the interlocutor of the news agency said.
Interfax does not have the Emergency Situations Ministry's commentary so far.
The Aleksin Chemical Plant is a multi-profile enterprise, which manufactures highly technological special and industrial-purpose products, and consumer goods.
