All property of Col. Zakharchenko and relatives, worth 9 bln rubles, forfeited to state - lawyer
MOSCOW. Aug 22 (Interfax) - All property of Col. Dmitry Zakharchenko, a former official with the Interior Ministry's main anti-corruption directorate, "confiscated" under a lawsuit filed by the Russian Prosecutor General's Office, has been forfeited to the state, Alexander Gorbatenko, Zakharchenko's lawyer, told Interfax.
"The enforcement proceedings are now over. All the property has been forfeited to the state," Gorbatenko said.
