Putin prolongs 69-year-old Deputy FM Karasin's civil service by one year
MOSCOW. Aug 23 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has issued a decree prolonging by one year Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin's state service.
Karasin turned 69 on August 23.
The retirement age for civil servants is 65.
