Next Russia-EU high-level anti-terrorism meetings scheduled for Oct 2018, early 2019 - EU embassy
MOSCOW. Sept 4 (Interfax) - The next high-level meeting between Russia and the European Union to address the fight against terrorism is scheduled to take place in October of this year, the EU charge d'affaires ad interim and the head of the political section of the EU Delegation to Russia, Mirko Kruppa, said on Tuesday.
The EU and Russia have formats of high-level meetings dedicated to the fight against terrorism. This kind of meeting was held in Brussels in early 2017, and the second one was held in October. Similar meetings will be held in January and February 2019, he said in a speech at the ongoing Moscow conference dedicated to the countering of illegal weapon deliveries in the context of the fight against international terrorism.
