Russia, Serbia to cooperate further on Kosovo under intl law - Russian Foreign Ministry
MOSCOW. Sept 21 (Interfax) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his Serbian counterpart Ivica Dacic have stressed their intention to work together to resolve the Kosovo issue in accordance with international law, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
The two met in Banja Luka on Friday during Lavrov's working visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina, it said.
"The parties stressed their determination to continue the dynamic development of bilateral relations, to deepen the strategic partnership between Russia and Serbia and cooperation on Kosovo [issue] settlement under UN SC Resolution 1244 and international law," the statement said.
