Problems with NASA appeared through fault of U.S. circles dictating their terms to NASA - Rogozin

MOSCOW. Oct 2 (Interfax) - There are problems in relations between the Russian State Space Corporation Roscosmos and the U.S. National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Roscosmos head Dmitry Rogozin said.

"Doubtless, problems with NASA have occurred not through NASA's fault, but through the fault of the American circles that surround NASA and that dictate certain terms to it," Rogozin told the Channel One television station.

NASA officials have said in private conversations that pressure is being exerted on them regarding the partnership with Russia, he said.
