Azerbaijan produced 796,000 bpd oil in Sept, compliant with OPEC+ agreement
BAKU. Oct 10 (Interfax) - Daily oil production in Azerbaijan was 786,000 barrels in September, the Azerbaijani Energy Ministry said in a statement.
This included 725,000 barrels of oil and 71,000 barrels of condensate.
Azerbaijan pledged under the agreement between OPEC and non-OPEC countries to keep its own oil production at no more than 834,000 barrels per day.
In 2017 daily oil production in Azerbaijan was 781,900 barrels. The country fulfilled its commitments it undertook to reduce output in the previous months of the year, producing 814,600 bpd in January, 806,000 bpd in February, 794,000 bpd in March, 785,700 bpd in April, 801,000 bpd in May, 792,000 bpd ij June, 773,000 bpd in July and 774,000 bpd in August.
According to Energy Ministry data, in September 2018, daily oil exports from Azerbaijan stood at 599,000 barrels, condensate - 71,000 barrels and petroleum products - 7,000 barrels.
