There's no doubt after meetings with Bolton in Moscow U.S. plans to quit INF Treaty - Ryabkov

MOSCOW. Oct 25 (Interfax) - Moscow has no doubt that the United States intends to officially withdraw from the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty.

"The conclusion we at the Foreign Ministry have drawn following the meetings and discussions held in Moscow with U.S. National Security Advisor John Bolton leaves no doubt that Washington intends to officially leave this treaty," Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov told the Channel One television station on Wednesday.
