Russian PM, Cuban leader to discuss joint energy, industry, transport projects in Moscow

MOSCOW. Nov 1 (Interfax) - Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and the Chairman of the Cuban Council of State and Council of Ministers, Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez, will discuss major joint projects at their meeting in Moscow on November 3, the Russian government's press service said in a statement.

The Cuban leader will pay an official visit to Russia at the invitation of President Vladimir Putin.

Medvedev and Diaz-Canel Bermudez will discuss bilateral trade and economic, cultural, and humanitarian relations, the press service said.

Joint projects in energy, industry, transport, and other fields will also be on the agenda, it said.
