Russia, Kazakhstan sign joint plan of action for 2019-2021
PETROPAVLOVSK, Kazakhstan. Nov 9 (Interfax) - Russia and Kazakhstan signed a joint plan of action for 2019-2021 at the end of their 15th interregional cooperation forum on Friday.
The sides signed several other documents, including a protocol amending the December 10, 1994 intergovernmental treaty under which Russia leases the Baikonur Cosmodrome from Kazakhstan.
They also signed a protocol amending an intergovernmental agreement setting out rules for crossing the Russian-Kazakh border by residents of districts near the border.
