Putin may attend United Russia congress in early Dec - Peskov

MOSCOW. Nov 19 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin will probably attend the next United Russia congress in early December, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov told reporters.

"Preparations are being made for the congress. And one cannot rule out that Vladimir Putin will attend it, as he did in previous years," Peskov said.
