Yield guidance for RusHydro ruble Eurobonds lowered to 9%-9.125% - source
MOSCOW. Nov 19 (Interfax) - The yield guidance on RusHydro ruble-denominated Eurobonds has been lowered to 9.125% a source in banking circles told Interfax.
The company is planning to place "long" three-year Eurobonds maturing in January 2022. Initial yield guidance was 9.125%-9.25%. The organizers for the deal are JP Morgan, VTB Capital, Sberbank CIB and Gazprombank .
Demand for RusHydro Eurobonds exceeds 43 billion rubles according to the latest data.
The company held meetings with investors in Hong Kong and Singapore on November 12-13 after which an issue of 1.5 billion yuan or around $216 million in three-year Eurobonds. RusHydro also held a road show in London on November 15.
