Dialogue should be starting point for overcoming growing distrust - Nazarbayev
ASTANA. Nov 21 (Interfax) - The resumption of a comprehensive dialogue among the key geopolitical actors is the only way to resolve the problems of trade wars and growing distrust around the world, Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev said.
"Kazakhstan is in favor of the development of a comprehensive dialogue based on the following principles: common responsibility, collective actions. I've already said that we can ensure peace on our planet and resolve the problem of sanctions and trade wars only if we resume communication between the U.S., Russia, China, and the EU," Nazarbayev said at a meeting with the diplomatic corps in Astana on Wednesday.
"This principled approach should serve as a starting point for building a new world order and the continued peaceful coexistence of countries and peoples," he said.
