Federal Grid Co shareholders reelect Andrei Murov as chairman of management board

MOSCOW. Nov 22 (Interfax) - Shareholders of Federal Grid Co have decided to reelect Andrei Murov as chairman of the management board at an extraordinary meeting, the grid operator said in a statement.

Murov has headed the FGC management board since November 11, 2013.

The shareholders meeting took place on November 19.
