UN sends over 200 tonnes of relief supplies to Donbas

KYIV. Nov 23 (Interfax) - A convoy of 20 trucks carrying humanitarian aid provided by the United Nations passed through the Novotroitske checkpoint in the Donetsk region on Friday morning on its way to militia-controlled territories of Donbas, the press service of Ukraine's State Border Service said.

The supplies were contributed by the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, the press service said.

"In all, more than 208 tonnes of cargo was provided," it said.
