LPR accuses Kyiv of disrupting Stanytsia Luhanska disengagement again

MOSCOW. Nov 26 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian Armed Forces have disrupted an attempt to disengage arms and forces near Stanytsia Luhanska in Donbas, a senior militia official of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR), Mikhail Filiponenko, said.

"Unfortunately, we have to announce that the Ukrainian side has disrupted another attempt to disengage arms and forces at the Stanytsia Luhanska checkpoint," Filiponenko told journalists.

The LPR militia was fully ready to disengage and launched a white flare; however, the Ukrainian side did not react, he said.
