MOSCOW. Nov 28 (Interfax) - The secretary of the Russian Security Council, Nikolai Patrushev, has met with the Nigerian Presidential National Security Advisor, Mohammed Babagana Monguno, the Council's press service told Interfax.

"Nikolai Patrushev and Mohammed Babagana Monguno discussed improving the legal framework of Russian-Nigerian security relations and interaction between their special services and law enforcement agencies," the press service said.

"Particular attention was paid to the problem of international terrorism, which is becoming increasingly pressing for Africa.
