Ukrainian combat drones regularly attack Donbas civil infrastructure - Gryzlov
MINSK. Dec 4 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian military is deliberately destroying the infrastructure in the country's east, neglecting the lives of people, Russian Envoy to the Contact Group for Ukraine Boris Gryzlov said.
"The Ukrainian Armed Forces systematically use combat unmanned aerial vehicles against the Donbas civil infrastructure, violate the ceasefire, including in those areas, where this threatens civilians," Gryzlov told reporters following the Contact Group meeting on Tuesday.
Ukrainian troops shelled a bridge near the checkpoint Stanitsa Luhanska across the contact line on December 2, he said.
"I want to emphasize that the Ukrainian Armed Forces try to avoid the disengagement of forces in Stanitsa Luhanska, though the agreement to this effect has been reached, and the conditions required for the withdrawal of forces have been repeatedly fulfilled that is registered by the OSCE SMM," the special envoy said.
The humanitarian subgroup continued talks on the conditions of prisoner swap, he said. "Unfortunately, the Ukrainian side once again refuses to include all prisoners that have been identified and confirmed in the lists drawn up for the exchange that is already a compromise, because the Minsk Agreements require the swap under the all-for-all formula. This creates artificial obstacles for an extremely important humanitarian step towards the exchange," Gryzlov said.
