Ukrainian soldier killed by gunfire in Donbas
KYIV/LUHANSK. Dec 5 (Interfax) - Kyiv has reported over 20 attacks on Ukrainian army positions and the death of a soldier in Donbas in the past 24 hours.
The enemy attacked Ukrainian forces 24 times, the press service of the Joint Forces Operation wrote on Facebook on Wednesday morning. "Weapons prohibited by the Minsk Agreements were used in seven instances. One serviceman of the Joint Forces was killed, and three suffered injuries in the hostilities," the press service said.
Meanwhile, the mission of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) to the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC) reported several ceasefire breaches by the Ukrainian army over the day.
"Six attacks by the Ukrainian army were observed on December 4, 2018," the mission said.
