Moscow objects to Kosovo's participation in OSCE events as state - Lavrov
MILAN. Dec 6 (Interfax) - Kosovo's participation in Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) events as a state is unacceptable, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
"Kosovo's participation in OSCE events as a state and indulgence of actions of Pristina that violate UN Security Council Resolution 1244 are unacceptable," Lavrov said at an OSCE ministerial meeting in Milan on Thursday.
"We expect the European Union to make Pristina comply with the agreements it reached with Belgrade via Brussels' mediation, including the establishment of a community of Serbian municipalities in Kosovo," he said.
