Russian airlines carry 107 mln passengers in 11M 2018, topping full-year 2017
YEKATERINBURG. Dec 10 (Interfax) - Russian airlines carried 107 million people in the first 11 months of 2018, Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsia) chief Alexander Neradko said.
"Russian airlines carried 107 million passengers in January-November," Neradko said in Yekaterinburg on Monday, noting that passenger traffic in 11M 2018 exceeds the 105 million people carried in 2017 as a whole.
Airlines flew 97 million passengers in 11M 2017, so passenger services grew 10.3% in 11M 2018.
The 11M 2017 figure was the highest since 93.1 million in 2014.
