Roof collapse in Moscow region kills one, 2 others may be under debris - Emergency Situations Ministry
MOSCOW. Dec 17 (Interfax) - Four people have been pulled of the debris at the plant in Dzerzhinsky, Moscow region, where a roof collapsed on Monday morning, the regional branch of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry told Interfax.
"Five persons have been pulled out, one of them is dead. There might be two more people under the debris," the branch said.
