David Knower, David Crane and D. J. Baker may get right to vote En+ shares under OFAC agreement
MOSCOW. Jan 18 (Interfax) - David Knower, David Crane and D. J. Baker may get the right to vote shares in En+ Group, in which Oleg Deripaska must reduce his share to under 50% under the agreement with the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
