MINSK. Jan 23 (Interfax) - Russia has begun revising the 1999 treaty on the creation of the Union State as part of the work done by the bilateral working group on integration, Russian Ambassador to Belarus Mikhail Babich told reporters in Gomel on Wednesday.
"The Russian side of the group has begun working. All the provisions of the union treaty are now being inventoried by units: economy, society, state governance bodies, security and military-technical cooperation issues.
