Russia's oil output in Jan 2019 0.4% lower than OPEC+ departure point, 3.9% higher than in Jan 2018 - CDU TEK

MOSCOW. Feb 2 (Interfax) - Production of oil and gas condensate in Russia totaled 48.11 million tonnes in January 2019, which is 3.9% higher than in January 2018, the Central Dispatching Department of the Fuel and Energy Complex (CDU TEK) said in its bulletin.

In comparison with October 2018, which was taken as the departure point for reducing oil production under an agreement between OPEC and non-OPEC countries, oil output in Russia has decreased by 0.4%.

Exports of Russian oil and gas condensate to countries outside the CIS in January 2019 grew by 3.4% to 20.49 million tonnes compared to January 2018.

Natural gas production in Russia grew by 3.1% to 67.43 billion cubic meters in January 2019, as compared with January 2018. Natural gas production in Russia increased by 3.1% to 67.43 billion cubic meters in 2018 year-on-year.
