Ryabkov says is glad EU3, EU announced launch of mechanism for trade with Iran

MOSCOW. Feb 7 (Interfax) - Moscow welcomes the decision of EU3 and the European Union to launch the Instex settlement mechanism for trade with Iran, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said at a press conference.

"I am glad that finally, after a lengthy preparation period, EU3 and the European External Action Service has officially announced the launch of the Instex mechanism, which will facilitate trade [with Iran]," Ryabkov said.

It is necessary to make every effort to help the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action function without the United States, he said.
