LPR reports 8 attacks by Ukrainian army in past 24 hours

LUHANSK. Feb 13 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian army has breached the Donbas truce eight times in the past 24 hours, the mission of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) to the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC) said in a message to Interfax on Wednesday.

"Eight attacks by the Ukrainian army were observed on February 12, 2019," the message said.

The army attacked the vicinities of Lozove, Kalynove, Kalynove-Borshchuvate, Zolote 5, Lohvynove, and Zholobok using 120mm and 82mm mortars, AGS and SPG grenade launchers, heavy machineguns, and small arms, it said.

"Information about civilian casualties and damage is being verified," the message said.
