Putin: Number of crimes against teenagers in Russia growing
MOSCOW. Feb 28 (Interfax) - While the number of crimes committed by teenagers in Russia has been decreasing, the number of crimes related to teenagers is on the rise, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
