Head of Russian Center for Reconciliation reports militants' attacks in Idlib area
MOSCOW. March 13 (Interfax) - The militants operating in the Idlib de-escalation area in northwestern Syria have repeatedly breached the truce in the past 24 hours, according to head of the Russian Center for Reconciliation of Opposing Sides in Syria Maj. Gen. Viktor Kupchishin.
In his words, the militants attacked Kinsabba and an area northwest of Safsafa in the Latakia province, al-Kharuma, Halfiyah, and Zellaqiyat in the Hama province, the city of Aleppo (three times) in the Aleppo province, and Sukkari (twice), Umm-al-Halahil, an area west of Umm-Sakhrij, and Tall-al-Maqtaa in the Idlib province.
