Ukraine's CEC registers almost 700 int'l observers at presidential election
KYIV. March 15 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian Central Election Commission (CEC) has registered 699 official international observers for the March 31 presidential elections in Ukraine.
The Commission reviewed relevant requests and registered 16 official observers for the coming presidential election in Ukraine: five from Japan and 11 from the Republic of Poland, the CEC press service said on Thursday.
"Thus, as of March 14, 2019, the Commission registered 699 official observers from ten international organizations and seven foreign states for the coming presidential election in Ukraine on March 31, 2019," the report said.
