Peskov unaware of Donbas peace plan proposed by Medvedchuk
MOSCOW. April 11 (Interfax) - Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said he is unaware of any peace plan for Donbas proposed by Ukrainian politician Viktor Medvedchuk, which President Vladimir Putin has allegedly agreed with.
"I am unaware of any orderly concept which Putin has agreed with," Peskov said when asked by journalists whether Medvedchuk had agreed upon a peace plan for Donbas with Putin, which the latter supported.
Peskov confirmed on Wednesday that Putin had met with Medvedchuk, chairman of the political council of the Ukrainian party Opposition Platform - For Life.
