Putin appoints new head of presidential directorate for border cooperation

MOSCOW. April 17 (Interfax) - The Russian president has replaced Oleg Govorun with Alexei Filatov as head of the presidential directorate for border cooperation.

The relevant decree was published on the official legal information website on Wednesday.

The directorate is in charge of the Ukrainian direction among others.
