Nine Donetsk militiamen killed in past week
DONETSK. April 26 (Interfax) - Ukrainian attacks on the Donetsk people's republic this week have killed nine servicemen and left another three wounded, a spokesman for DPR ombudsman Darya Morozova said.
"between April 17 and 25, 2019, nine DPR servicemen were killed in the republic," he told reporters on Friday.
Three DPR servicemen were injured over the period, he said.
Earlier, the minister of foreign affairs in the self-proclaimed Luhansk people's republic, Vladislav Deinego, said that the Trilateral Contact Group had failed to agree on Easter truce for the first time since the negotiation process began in Minsk.
