Reports of bombs planted at buildings checked in Lipetsk
LIPETSK. May 13 (Interfax) - The visitors have been evacuated from two bus terminals, a ticket office of an airport and several shopping malls due to reports of bombs allegedly planted there, the mayor's office said on its website.
"We have the situation under control. The law enforcement agencies respond to every call and have their fingers on the pulse. The danger has not been confirmed, but all citizens still have been evacuated from the buildings, we cannot risk the people's lives," the website cited acting Mayor Yevgenia Uvarkina as saying.
According to the website, heads of city-wide organizations know what to do in such situations and act in accordance with the instructions, there has been no panic thanks to that. Investigators will take it from here.
