Unipro board of directors recommends dividend of 0.111 rubles per share for 2018

MOSCOW. May 14 (Interfax) - The Unipro board of directors has recommended that shareholders approve dividend payments of 0.111 rubles per share at the annual general meeting (AGM) on June 14, the company said in a statement.

The precise figure is 0.111025275979 rubles. If shareholders accept the recommendation, the total sum of payouts for last year will be 7 billion rubles.

The record date for participation is May 19.
