Severgroup increases stake in Lenta to 49.4% in share offer

MOSCOW. May 16 (Interfax) - Alexei Mordashov's Severgroup has increased its stake in Lenta to 49.38% through its offer to buy minority shareholders' stakes in the retailer.

This took place on May 15, according to Lenta. Earlier, it increased its stake to 46.4% from 42.03%.

Severgroup submitted its offer on April 30. It will last 21 days, after which, if Severgroup's stake exceeds 50%, it will be extended by two weeks.
