There's threat terrorists may use chemical weapons, including with help of drones - Russian FSB director

DUSHANBE. May 21 (Interfax) - Terrorists have the infrastructure needed to produce chemical weapons, Director of Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) Alexander Bortnikov said.

"Reliable information has been obtained that militants are developing new means and methods to conduct their subversive activities. These criminals have the materials, technologies and infrastructure needed to produce chemical weapons and bio-toxins," Bortnikov said at a meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of Security Agencies and Special Services on Tuesday.

Terrorists use drones to deliver such damage agents, he said.
