All bomb threats in shopping malls near Volgograd false - Interior Ministry
VOLGOGRAD. May 22 (Interfax) - Bomb threats received by phone by shopping centers in the city of Volzhsky, Volgograd region, on Tuesday have turned out to be false, head of the press service of the Interior Ministry's regional directorate Svetlana Smolyaninova told Interfax.
"A thorough probe was conducted based on each object in interaction with relevant agencies, police offices with dogs worked there. None of the bomb threats was confirmed," Smolyaninova said.
Phone calls reporting hazardous objects were made to the landline phones of five shopping centers, she said.
