May 27 (Interfax) - Former deputy head of ex-Ukrainian president Viktor Yanukovych's administration Andriy Portnov has said that he has registered his fourth lawsuit with the State Bureau of Investigations, in which former President Petro Poroshenko is charged with attempting to usurp judicial power.
"My dear friends, while primary investigative actions are being undertaken as part of the first three criminal cases against Poroshenko into treason, money laundering, abuse of office, legalizing criminal incomes in offshores, and tax dodging, today, we have filed a fourth lawsuit over another crime he committed; that is, his attempt at usurping judicial power," Portnov wrote on Telegram on Monday.
