Rosneft might increase oil output in 2019 by 1% if OPEC+ deal extended, 3%-4% if not - exec
ST. PETERSBURG. June 7 (Interfax) - Rosneft expects to increase oil production in 2019, but everything depends on whether the OPEC+ deal to curb output will be extended beyond June, the Russian oil company's senior vice president, Eric Liron said.
If the OPEC+ restrictions are not lifted, Rosneft expects to increase production of liquid hydrocarbons by 1% in 2019, Liron told reporters at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
If the restrictions are lifted, production could increase by 3%-4%, as the company said before, Liron said, adding that this does not take into account the incident with the Druzhba export pipeline.
