Russian fish catch down 0.9% to 2.1 mln tonnes as of June 12 - fisheries agency
MOSCOW. June 13 (Interfax) - Russian fishermen saw their catch total 2.1 million tonnes as of June 12, down 0.9% year-on-year, Russia's Federal Fisheries Agency Rosrybolovstvo said in a statement.
Indicators are catching up to last year's figures, with last week's decline totaling 1.3%.
Russian fishermen harvested 275,000 tonnes of bioresources in the waters of foreign states, conventional areas and open areas of the World Ocean, up 5% year-on-year.
