June 16 rally to be held in Moscow under slogan "Law and justice for all"
MOSCOW. June 13 (Interfax) - The organizers of a rally on June 16 have changed its slogan from "Support journalist Golunov" to "Law and justice for all," the head of the Moscow Union of Journalists, Pavel Gusev, told Interfax on Thursday.
"The June 16 rally will take place in Academician Sakharov Avenue, the event's slogan: Law and justice for all," Gusev said.
The stated number of participants remained at 20,000 people, he said. The event is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. and last until 3 p.m. The organizers are the Russian and Moscow Unions of Journalists.
Initially the event was agreed with the Moscow authorities under the slogan in "Support journalist Ivan Golunov."
