Uralmashplant shareholders vote to waive 2018 dividends due to loss
YEKATERINBURG. June 25 (Interfax) - Shareholders in Uralmash Machine-Building Corporation (Uralmashplant) voted at their AGM on June 21 to waive dividends for 2018 in connection with the company's net loss, the company said.
In 2018, the company's net loss to Russian Accounting Standards (RAS) fell 64.3% to 287 million rubles.
In recent years, Uralmashplant has not paid dividends due to losses. The last year for which it paid dividends was 2001, only for preferred shares.
Its charter capital is 80.291 million rubles divided into 159.681 ordinary shares and 901.596 preferred shares with a par value of 50 kopecks.
According to the list of affiliated persons as of March 31, 2018, JSC Uralmash-Kartex Engineering Center owns 52.33% of shares in Uralmashplant, and LLC UK UZTM-Kartex 46.92%.
