Qiwi hires CFO from international Internet group
MOSCOW. June 28 (Interfax) - Qiwi has appointed Vladislav Poshmorga as its new chief financial officer effective July 1, the Russian payment service provider said in a statement.
Poshmorga, who most recently served as chief investment officer at international Internet holding Social Discovery Ventures, will answer directly to Qiwi CEO Sergei Solonin.
Former Qiwi CFO Alexander Karavayev left the company in mid-May. Varvara Kiseleva, the group's head of investor relations, was named interim CFO.
Qiwi also announced the appointment of Varvara Kisileva and Yelena Nikonova as deputy CFOs.
Poshmorga previously served as CFO at S.P.I. Group, and held various positions at Salomon Smith Barney, Morgan Stanley, London Forfaiting Company and Guta Bank.
