BAKU. July 4 (Interfax) - Reports stating that extraordinary parliamentary elections are going to be held in Azerbaijan are unfounded, Ali Akhmedov, the country's deputy prime minister and deputy chairman of the Yeni Azerbaijan ruling party, said.
