Share of Kellner's PPF Group in Polymetal falls to 11%

MOSCOW. July 5 (Interfax) - The share of Petr Kellner's PPF Group in Polymetal has fallen to 11%, according to Polymetal.

6.01% of the remaining stake is held in a repo deal.

Since its last disclosure, the PPF Group has sold 2,849,649 shares in Polymetal (0.61% of current charter capital). The value of such a stake, based on Polymetal's latest closing price in London, is 29 million pounds (almost $37 million).

Alexander Nesis's ICT Group and its partners are Polymetal's largest shareholder (27.4%). Over 50% of shares are in free float.
