Three civilians killed as militants fire homemade projectiles at residential area in Syria
HMEIMIM (Syria). July 11 (Interfax) - Three civilians have been killed in a fire attack by militants operating in Syria's Idlib de-escalation area, head of the Russian Center for Reconciliation of Opposing Sides in Syria Maj. Gen. Alexei Bakin said.
"In the past 24 hours, militants carried out fire attacks on the residential community of Jourin in the Latakia governorate and on the city of Aleppo in the Aleppo governorate," Bakin said at a briefing.
"The populated locality of Jourin was shelled by homemade projectiles. Three civilians were killed," Bakin said.
